General requirements
The journal publishes free of charge original, previously unpublished articles that meet the criteria of high scientific quality in the following fields: natural sciences and mathematics, biological and agricultural sciences, technical, economic sciences, commercial fisheries. The author (authors) is responsible for the reliability of the research results and guarantees that they have not violated the copyrights of third parties and that there are no incorrect or illegal borrowings in the text of the article.
Borrowed fragments or statements must be formalized with the obligatory indication of the author and the original source. Excessive borrowing, as well as plagiarism in any form, including unformatted quotations, paraphrasing, or appropriation of rights to the results of others' research, are unacceptable. The presence of borrowing without reference will be considered by the editorial board as plagiarism.
Duplicate publications are not permitted. By submitting an article to the journal, the author confirms that the work is being published for the first time). If certain elements of the manuscript have been previously published, the author must refer to the earlier work and indicate the differences between the new work and the previous one.
You cannot send to the journal a manuscript that has been sent to another journal and is under consideration, as well as an article that has already been published in another journal.
Co-authors of the article must include all persons who made a significant contribution to the research. Among co-authors, it is unacceptable to indicate persons who have not participated in the study; the maximum number of authors is, as a rule, no more than four.
The author, independently or in co-authorship, may submit no more than one article per issue with appropriate communicative value, scientific style, language and stylistic standards.
Scientific articles are accepted by the editors throughout the year and published on a first-come, first-served basis as the editorial portfolio is filled. The editors of the journal reserve the right to make abbreviations and editorial changes to the manuscript. Manuscripts of articles accepted for publication are not returned to the authors. Publication frequency: February 1, May 1, August 1, November 1.
The authors must submit to the editorial board of the journal:
– a printout of the manuscript, signed by all authors, and its electronic version. The text of the manuscript must fully correspond to the text of the electronic version; pages are not numbered;
– expert opinion on the possibility of open publication of the article (non-residents can send it by e-mail).
Subsequently, a License Agreement is concluded with the author and a Certificate of Transfer and Acceptance of the Manuscript is drawn up.
It is not necessary to submit an external or internal review by a doctor of sciences, since each article undergoes double-blind review, the manuscript is reviewed by two independent experts. In case of a negative review, the manuscript is either rejected or sent to the author for revision and changes. After revision, the article is again sent for scientific review to the same reviewers. If there are negative reviews of the article manuscript from two different reviewers or one negative review of its revised version, the author is sent a reasoned refusal to publish the article. In case of a positive review and recommendation of the article for publication, it becomes part of the portfolio of texts accepted for publication. The date of acceptance of the article for publication is the date the editors receive a positive conclusion from the reviewer on the feasibility and possibility of publishing the article. Articles by members of the journal's editorial board are reviewed in the usual manner.
Scope of the article
The article should contain from eight to fourteen pages of text, including figures, tables, bibliography and information about the authors.
Computer typing
Computer typing of an article must meet the following requirements: paper format – A4, font type – Times New Roman, font size 12, orientation – portrait, margins on top, left, right – 3 cm, bottom – 3.5 cm; indented paragraph Tab. 1.27; Line spacing is single. Materials must be formatted using Microsoft Office 2003 (file extension *.doc).
When typing text, it is not allowed to use styles; when forming text- make changes to the template or create your own to form text, put spaces before punctuation marks, or use any word discharges. It is necessary to separate words within a paragraph with one space, type the text without forced hyphens, and set automatic hyphenation.
A table, depending on its size, must be placed under the text in which a link to it is first given, or on the next page. It is allowed to place the table along the long side of the sheet, and the columns and rows of the first part of the table are numbered in Arabic numerals. The word “Table” is indicated once on the left (without indentation) above the first part of the table, a dot is placed after the number, followed by the name of the table in capital letters, a dot is not placed at the end. The table should be inserted automatically (via "Table: Add Table"). The title of the table is duplicated in English under the Russian title, and vice versa if the article is in English.
Figures. Black-and-white and color clear figures made using computer graphics or scanned are allowed. Figures can be included in the text of the article or made in the form of separate graphic files. In the latter case, it is necessary to indicate the location of the drawing by writing in the margin of the manuscript after the paragraph in which it is first mentioned: Fig. 1. etc. All drawings must be numbered (Fig. 1. etc.) and have captions. The figure number and caption are located below the figure. The title of the figure is duplicated in English under the Russian title, and vice versa if the article is in English (Fig. 1. Fig. 1.). There is no period at the end of the caption.
All symbols in the figure must correspond to the symbols in the text. Photos must be taken from a good negative with a contrast print. References to all figures in the text are required. The width of the picture should not be greater than the width of the typing bar.
If there is only one figure and one table in the article, they should not be numbered.
The article should not end with a table or a figure.
All figures and tables must be readable and placed in the center of the type column.
Formulas. All formulas are typed in the formula editor, numbered, and must be referenced in the text in parentheses. Formulas are placed on a separate line after the link, indented two Tabs. The formula number is entered in parentheses and aligned to the right. When typing formulas, it is recommended to use the following font sizes: main – 11; large index – 7; small index – 5; large symbol – 14; small character – 10. Font typeface Times New Roman. To type mathematical formulas, letters of the Latin alphabet (light italic), Greek alphabet (light roman font) and Gothic font (light roman font) are used. Formula indices, designated by letters of the Latin alphabet, are typed in italics (mi – mass of the i-th element), and those designated by letters of the Russian alphabet – in straight font (lp – take-off run length; Vпос- landing speed). Abbreviated designations of physical quantities and units of measurement (kW, F/m, W/m) - light straight lines without dots. Numbers and fractions in formulas should be typed in light, straight font. Some mathematical notations are also typed in roman font (sin, tg; max, min; const; log, det, exp, etc.). Vector quantities should be denoted in bold italics rather than with a bar: е not ē. Carrying in formulas can be done first of all on signs (=, ", <, >, etc.), secondly - on accents (...), on addition and subtraction signs (+, -), lastly - on the multiplication sign in the form of an oblique cross (×). Hyphenation at the division sign is not allowed. The mathematical sign at which the formula is broken during hyphenation must be repeated at the beginning of the second line. When transferring formulas, you cannot separate the expressions contained under the sign of the integral, logarithm, sum, product from the signs themselves. Small formulas that have no independent meaning are typed inside lines of text. The most important formulas, all numbered formulas, as well as long and cumbersome formulas containing summation signs, products, etc., are typed on separate lines. The space before and after the line with the formula in this case is 6 points. Instead of an expression of the form, it is recommended to write a/b. Individual elements of mathematical formulas included in the text are typed according to the rules given above (roman font in the formula - roman font in the text, italics in the formula - italics in the text).
Chemical symbols (Ag, Cu) are typed in straight font. It is recommended to use the Chem Window editor for typing.
Units of physical quantities should be given in the international SI system according to GOST 8.417-2002. GSI. Units of quantities.
All abbreviations in the text must be deciphered. Only generally accepted abbreviations for the names of measures, physical, chemical and mathematical quantities are allowed.
Structure of the article
INTRODUCTION (centered, in capital letters, straight, light font, followed by single-spaced text). The relevance of the research topic, its goals and objectives are given, on their basis an analysis of the obtained materials is given, and the feasibility of the methodological approach to the problems discussed in the article is proven.
One spaced MAIN PART (statement of the problem, methods and results of the study, their discussion - in the center, in capital letters, straight, light font, one spaced text). It is recommended to divide the main part into sections with names reflecting their content.
The materials and methods of the study are described briefly and specifically. The section should present the object of the study and all the methods used in its conduct, showing their essence and justified choice. If necessary, provide examples of key research.
Results and their discussion: the section should present the main results of the study, objective, systematized and concise data using text supplemented with illustrations. The author(s) demonstrates the significance or novelty of the research, focuses on the identified patterns, and gives specific recommendations.
One-spaced CONCLUSION (conclusions – in the center, in capital letters, straight, light font, then one-spaced text): present briefly and informatively. This section formulates the results obtained and their novelty. Suggestions and recommendations should confirm the achievement of the goals and objectives of the study. The possibility of using the results obtained in practice should be indicated and directions for further scientific research should be suggested.
Body of text
The text must comply with the stylistic, spelling and syntactic norms of the Russian language. The content of the article submitted to the journal, all digital data and materials must be carefully verified by the authors. Low quality of the text may be grounds for rejection of an article from publication.
Parts of the article and their order
- Scientific article (on the left without indentation, with a capital letter, straight, light font, no period at the end).
- From a new line, an index according to the universal decimal classification (UDC) on the left without indentation (in capital letters, straight, light font, without a colon after the letters, no dot at the end).
- From a new line DOI (on the left without indentation, in capital letters, straight font, no light dot at the end).
- Single spaced in the center The title in Russian (capitalized, bold, straight, no dot at the end, centered). It should be brief but informative.
When publishing an article in parts in several issues of the publication, the parts must be numbered, and all parts must indicate the general title of the article. If parts have, in addition to the general one, a private title, then it is given after the designation and part number. Example:
Study of the patterns of crystallization of aluminum chloride hexahydrate from hydrochloric acid solutions. Part 2. Crystallization parameters of aluminum chloride hexahydrate
- At one interval, basic information about the author (authors) without indicating the organizational and legal form of the legal entity: Federal State Institution, Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education, PJSC, JSC, etc. (on the left without indentation, see the sample article format below).
- The word Abstract is indented one space apart (bold italics, dot at the end). The abstract text is provided as a selection; the recommended length is 200–250 words.
It is a brief description of the text in terms of its purpose, content, appearance, form and other features. It conveys the main, key idea of the text before reading its full content. A scientific abstract is conventionally divided into three parts: 1. Presentation of the issue or problem to which the article is devoted. 2. Description of the research progress. 3. Conclusions: the results that were achieved as a result of the research.
It is prohibited to use verbatim text from the article to avoid repetition, the title of the work, as well as tables, graphs and in-text links.
The title of the article is not repeated at the beginning, and the abstract is not divided into paragraphs. The abstract must be complete and informative, not contain general words, reflect the content of the article and research results, and strictly follow the structure of the article. You should avoid using introductory words and phrases, unnecessary introductory phrases, for example, “the author of the article is considering...”, there is no need to emphasize the personal contribution of the author. Historical information, if it does not constitute the main content of the document, a description of previously published works and well-known provisions, are not given in the abstract. In the text of the abstract, you should use significant words from the text of the article and avoid complex grammatical structures. The introductory part is minimal, the location of the study is specified to the region. The presentation of the results contains specific information (conclusions, recommendations, etc.). It is allowed to introduce abbreviations within the abstract (a concept of 2-3 words is replaced by an abbreviation of the corresponding number of letters, the first time it is given in full, the abbreviation is in parentheses, then only the abbreviation is used). Numerals, if not the first word, are expressed as numbers. You cannot use abbreviations (for example, names of institutions) without decoding and complex formatting elements (for example, superscripts and subscripts). Insertion through the “Symbol” menu, line break sign, soft hyphen sign, and automatic word hyphenation are strictly not allowed. The meanings of “to” in English are denoted as “deg C”.
- Keywords are indented on a new line (bold italics, a colon at the end), they should reflect the subject area of the article as accurately as possible (they are included in the selection, separated by a comma, lowercase letters, straight font, light, with a period at the end).
- On a new line, indented Acknowledgments (if any) to organizations (institutions), scientific supervisors and other persons who assisted in the preparation of the article, information about grants, funding for the preparation and publication of the article, projects, research work, within or under the results of which the article was published (see the sample article format below).
- Information about the funding of the research, preparation and publication of the article may be given on a new line, indented, with the preceding word Funding: (a colon is placed after the word).
- The bibliographic entry for the article is indented on a new line. For citation: (see the example of the article format below).
All further information must be provided in English:
- Original article (single spaced, left without indentation, capitalized, straight font, light, no dot at the end).
- Single spaced in the center Title of the article in English (capitalized, bold, straight, no dot at the end, centered).
- At one interval, basic information about the author (authors) - the first and last name are given in transliterated form in Latin in full, the patronymic is shortened to one letter (in some cases, due to the peculiarities of transliteration, to two letters), see the article formatting sample below.
- Single spaced, indented Abstract. The use of machine translation is unacceptable; a period is used instead of a decimal point. All Russian abbreviations are transmitted in decrypted form, if they do not have stable analogues in English (allowed: WTO, FAO, etc.). Impersonal constructions are translated using the passive.
- Starting on a new line with indentation Keywords: (bold italic, colon at the end), keywords are selected, separated by a comma, lowercase letters, straight font, dot at the end).
- Start on a new line, indented Acknowledgments (if any), and put a colon after the word.
- Start on a new line, indented Funding (if any), and put a colon after the word.
- New line indented For citation: see sample article format below.
- The text of the article, including the required structural elements, is indented at one interval (see structure of the article).
Using picture formulas or other artificially inserted symbols in texts is prohibited. References to all sources given in the list of references in the text are enclosed in square brackets, for example: [2], [4–7] (there is a dash here), [1, 18, 25]. If the text contains a direct quotation enclosed in quotation marks, then the page on which this quotation is located in the cited source must be indicated. For example: [7, p. 28]. References to unpublished works and works in print are not permitted.
- One space after the text of the article References (centered with capital letters, bold, straight font, no period at the end). Prepared in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008. “Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of compilation." The list includes only those works that the author refers to in the article. Sources in the bibliography are numbered and arranged in the order of their mention in the text (in order of citation).
References requirements
- At least 15 sources, half of which are less than 5 years old
- The percentage of self-citation is not higher than 10–20%
- Foreign publications published within the last 5 years
It is recommended to include links to scientific articles, monographs, collections of articles, conference proceedings, electronic resources indicating the date of circulation, patents.
It is not recommended to include links to textbooks, teaching aids, lecture notes, GOSTs and other regulatory documents, laws and regulations, as well as archival documents (if it is still necessary to indicate such sources, they are presented in the form of footnotes).
It is unadvisable to insert links to dissertations and abstracts of dissertations (such links are allowed if the research results have not yet been published or are not presented in sufficient detail).
- One space after the list of sources References (centered, capitalized, bold, straight, no dot at the end). Numbering of records must coincide with the numbering in the main list of extra-text bibliographic references.
References is a transliterated list of references. Only sources written in Cyrillic are transliterated; French, German, Italian, Polish and other sources are not translated, but remain unchanged in references.
In oder to do transliteration, visit http://translit-online.ru/ and configure the translation: ё → yo; й → y; х → always kh; ц → ts; щ → shch; э → e. The transliterated text in the References list needs to be edited and English translations added; replace the signs “:”, “/” and “//” with a period or comma; after transliterating the name of the publishing house, add Publ.; instead of Москва, put Moscow, instead of Санкт- Петербург - Saint-Petersburg; correct page designation: instead of 235 s. – 235 p., instead of S. 45–47 – pp. 45–47; Use italics to highlight the name of the source and the name of the journal (see sample design below).
- At one interval, additional information about the author (authors), the initials are separated by a space (on the left without indentation, duplicated in English: academic degree, title, position, etc. (see the sample article format below).
- Information about the date of receipt of the manuscript by the editorial office, the date of approval after review and the date of acceptance of the article for publication.
- The copyright symbol is shown in accordance with GOST R 7.0.1 at the bottom of the first page of the article, indicating the surname and initials of the author (authors) or other copyright holders and the year of publication of the article.

Аннотация. В целях определения основных закономерностей возникновения и усиления институциональных ловушек, возникающих в условиях режима самоизоляции в системе высшего образования, авторами были проанализированы нарративы и глубинные интервью основных акторов. Abstract. To determine the main patterns of emergence and strengthening of institutional traps that arise under self-isolation in the higher education system, the authors analyzed the narratives and in-depth interviews of the main actors. Distance education is not a full-fledged substitute for the traditional education, as it impedes the transfer of implicit knowledge, control and feedback during training, ambiguously influences the costs of educational activities, and does not allow relying on the reliability of information and communication technologies. Transition to distant education can be interpreted as a new stage of evoluton of the institutional trap of electronization and digitalization.
